GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
SAPTEX Styrogold/Styroblue is rigid closed cell polystrene board with high density skin produced in 20 to 35 kg / m³ density range, 45 kg / m³ can also be supplied on request.
SAPTEX Styrogold/Styroblue combines the best properties of expanded and extruded polystyrene.
SAPTEX Styrogold/Styroblue has stable thermal conductivity that ensures insulation efficiency for a very long time, as it is totally CFO & HCFC free.
SAPTEX Styrogold /Styroblue has excellent physical
properties, is dimensionally stable and
ABSORPS very little water due to its closed
cell structure and the high density skin on all surfaces including rebated edges.
APPLICATION:
WALL INSULATION: Styrogold/Styroblue boards of 20 kg / m³ density are the best choice for cavity, internal or external wall insulation.
ROOF INSULATION: Styrogold /Styroblue must be used, due to its very low water absorption, excellent dimensional and thermal stability,
STYROOF with density of 26-28 kg / m³ is used for normal roofs, (tiled or ballasted)
STYROOF + having a density of 32-35 kg / m³ is used for roofs, with extra loads (live or dead).
STYROOF & STYROOF + is used for both inverted and conventional roofing. The boards are totally sealed against water absorption as the rebated joints are not formed by cutting.

SAPTEX Styrogold /Stayroblue is vermin and rodent proof & inert to most of the chemicals.

R means the resistance to heat flow; the higher the value, the greater the insulation power.
INSTALLATION: Always consult the local regulations and contact the manufacturer for technical questions. After installation the insulation boards must be pro-tected against weather conditions and sunlight.
