SAPCOAT
SAPCOAT is a single component, acrylic based, waterproof coating with high elastomeric properties especially developed for Spray-Applied Polyurethane Foam UV resistance protection on roof applications.
It is flexible and has high level of resistance to weathering agents like UV, sunlight, and rain.

Application Instruction
New Surfaces:
All concrete, plaster, and masonry surfaces should be fully cured - minimum 28 days prior to commencing of paint application. In general, all surfaces must be dry and free from oil, grease, dirt, efflorescence, laitance, any loose and flaking material. A primer coat is recommended, particularly on the vertical surfaces to seal the pores and stabilize the surface. SAPCOAT diluted with 30% sweet water may be used as a primer coat. Large cracks to be filled with acrylic sealant material.
Old Surfaces:
All surfaces should be sound, clean, dry, and free from loose and flaking material, chalking, dirt, oil, grease, fungus, moss, wax, and polish. Apply Prime coat made of SAPCOAT diluted with 30% sweet water. Where necessary fill small cracks and voids with wall filler, large cracks may be filled with acrylic sealant.
Coating system:
A primer coat is required to seal the pores and stabilize the surface. SAPCOAT diluted with 30% sweet water may be used as a primer coat. It will improve the bond strength of the coating. The primer coat should be allowed to dry completely before the application of SAPCOAT the drying time would be a minimum of 6 hours at 25° C.
- Apply one coat dry film thickness 125 microns.
- Apply next coat after full dry first coat.
- Primer coat is not required when applied as a protection coating for PU Foams.

Storage & Shelf Life
- Store under enclosed shaded areas at temperatures between 10 °C and 30 °C.
- Shelf life up to 12 months if stored in its original un-opened pails as per above storage instructions.
Health & Safety
- Use only in well-ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment.
- Do not breathe vapor/spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice.
